No it will not. You need a 2.5 Sata HD to work. the largest one that will work inside the ps3 is 320gigs. Only because thats the largest capacity HDD they make for that size.

yes that hard drive will work you'll have to get an external SATA hard drive enclosure and remove the existing hard drive in the system and plug a SATA cable from the system to the hard drive enclosure.
* Note: not only will it work you'll have faster access times also |
