Like the title says there are so many threads so many different types of ps3 hacks

Where do i start? what is the first step .. i am a first timer for hacking

i would imagine a how to guide is out there somewhere from noob to hacked system type of guide.

for example step one have a computer and a ps3 ..
.2 this is how to connect your computer to your ps3 for files
.3 this is how you back up your system so if you screw it up you can start over
.4 these are good hacks for beginners
ect ect

im mainly interested in being able to host modded lobby for prestige hacks but any online hack for FPS games would be fun.

i also have started to read some books i have inherited on C++, Visual Basic and some other things.. what is the code format for the hacks we use?

hey there hello all. binary i am very much in the same boat as yourself. i decieded to look into ps3hax after i updated my playstation i found my hack that my friend had put on had been patched over..

so i am trying to learn how to use and install them again for myself.. so any help, advise any one with knowledge on this will be very very welcome..

I don't know anything personally about glitching games since that's not my thing. I like to play them as intended but I have seen threads discussing them on the site, use the search, I'm sure something will come up.

thanks jhax but isnt that how all the hacks started with a jailbroken ps3? didnt someone have to crack into the playstation system to allow this to happen?

i am in the process of trying to buy a jail broke ps as mine has been updated to the current firmwere.. my freind had one and he placed this mod on my ps.. so i am trying to do this for myself..
