Jfw 3.41 is the important one. It will have the plug in manager.

Even if this is true, why to we need these keys?

What if the grid manager from DH with the DHFW keys is the now newly released true blue? according to him the idea was the same, register your original, then get a patch for the new 3.7+ game. Maybe thats what he is up to, and thuta followed him and never released his CFW 3.7+
