I think if Cobra would be more useful for the majority of users we would have it integrated into cfw by now. But by now - how needs cobra? Most devs wont event have such a dongle for RE...

well it is usefull i bet everyone would like to use it, the thing is how many launch ps3 are still alive to use its main marketing feature Ps2 Games

And to make this clear : Yes it is a big differences if backup's can be used for free or if you have to pay for it. They are making money with the work of the game devs. (making legal backups is one thing, selling pirated games is something totally different)

Totally agree, piracy is already bad enough, but when you pay to a group of individuals to be able to pirate... its that much worse.
But i will say one thing that i said back when cobra was released, congrats to them for figuring it out, and in a way they deserve their money for finding it out, this is what i said when cobra came out... i would have said the same about TB, but that is not the same, this could be released for free for every single person to enjoy, instead they decided to get money out of it, lets see if they do not end up loosing money cause of it in the end.

My karma is already very bad so i wont say anything to bad BUT its amazing to me Sony hasn't went after them hardcore like they did the other guys, I mean i do not condone Sony's actions but i mean THESE guys deserve all the hell they got coming to them. Nope, I'll tell you why.

1. They could just implement it on their dongle so they could have 1 solution for all issues.
2. Having 2 different Dongles mean also double production costs.
3. They could have implemented some features from Cobra, like the ISO loading, which is absent.
4. They make people to choose or Cobra or TB since they both have saperate CFWs they are unable to use both of them on a console.
