Will this allow kmeaw 3.55 to run Skyrim?

of course it will not run,it means your system version will be 3.73 but u really are on 3.55,its was made to prevent accidentally updating your 3.55 CFW

i have a slim and im on liike 3.6 something, should i update to 3.73? and can i perform the hack with a usb drive only?

yes u should update to 3.73 and when hacker kakaroto releases his 3.73 Jailbreak soon u will be able to use it

and no u can't perform any hack from usb atm
