is there anyway at all that i can play online with cfw or jb

Assuming you know the difference between a jailbreak and custom firmware, then yes, you should be able to play online with a jailbreak, but not with CFW.

 when he release it!!but we are in present so there is no JB or CFW that enables online play just yet,and when JB is out it will be for limited time as we all know 3.74 and 3.80 OFW are on the way

If you are talking about current JB/CFW, no. If Kakarotoks' JB for 3.73 then yes you will be able to until Sony comes out with an update.
