Let me post a reply here:

Okay, I've got it tested - this is a fake. Don't believe this guy in any way. After rebooting your console in any step (%) of upgrading, console just reverts back to start. There is NO FACTORY FIRMWARE inside it, so don't byu yourself on this crap, guys.

Mardoxx, go f**k yourself too, it can't be confirmed since it's fake. And I've just tested it out. Luckily, I have progskeet.

Here another way to downgrade your PS3. What you'll need is:

1 bat
1 annoying black guy
1 PS3

Now its hard to tell if this PS3 is on Firmware 4.00 but I'm pretty sure this method will work with any firmware.
