i don't see anything special. you don't need any key to, as you say, "decrypt" the PUP.
what you need is just the fail0verflow tools.

he is not able to do it. trust me.

you need to see a pup like and archive (zip,rar,tar.gz,....) then inside the extracted pup there are some self and a tar. extract that tar and you will have some pkg and some tar.
after doing this procedure for all the files, you will get all the self and sprx and all media stuff inside that pup.

now you need to decrypt the self.

all the TARs and all the pkg are easy to extract also without knowing the keys
