I may have a little difficulty understanding this but, i heard that you can't go online with CFW that's getting me scared, I really would like to play black ops with it so if not much to ask.Question: How can i bypass PSN detection? I'm currently thinking spoofing,but would love to get pro help.

spoof will not get you on psn. the only way to play blackops "online" is by xlink kai or xbslink. thru the lan option.

It works fine, but only with certain games...all of them with the LAN play option. Plus, the user base is small so you are lucky to get a lobby of more than a few people. Plus, a lot of those people are cheaters.

I bet if someone made a custom firmware with this integrated then there would be more people playing using this method. And with more players the cheaters ratio will go down...hopefully.
Actually a dongle would be perfect for the job....people are always wasting their money on them anyways. Of course special software would have to be written for the dongle.

the online you'll be playing in won't be the same as PSN online. You won't have the benefits of PSN. You won't have trophies and there will be no leveling up for you. Also you need to turn on your computer everytime you want to play. And the other problem is actually getting into a clean lobby thats not full of hackers. Even though you may be playing online, it won't be a very good experience.

I thought of that too but in order to do that you'd need to implement a plugin loader that runs on the background (like psp's prx plugins) and I think that because of the nature of such operation PS3 would run out of memmory and crash pretty frequently...
You'd need to make a brand new GameOS that removes unused excecutions from RAM to have that as stable as possible...
