I posted this on my facebook a few days ago. A few things you need to understand though. There are basically two American gov'ts operating under the same roof and this is an act by our conservative gov't, not our liberal gov't who is fighting this as we speak. This bill was passed by our conservative/republican/GOP but still has to be passed by the president which most likely will be vetoed because he is a strong supporter of due process. Our conservative gov't is generally the ones who takes us to war. George Bush is conservative and also enacted the patriot act which was another Nazi move. This is basically a scare tactic by the republicans who's God is money and only interest is to protect the wealthy 1% who lobbies these senators to pass these acts. Basically they want people with the occupy movement to think they have the power to label anybody who is against them as a terrorist and lock them up for life. It's political grandstanding at it's best.

Funny thing is, US likes to use the people of the countries at crisis, and make them turn against their own government, so US can have the oil, or have something for the military do to. Iraq, Afghanistan, Middle East and Asian countries in the Cold War, Iran, North Korea, and other countries.

US just wants oil, and power. They don't care about their people, their economy, their everything. Why does US and other western countries get to have nuclear energy, and not countries like Iran?

All this means is they can take a suspected terrorist into custody without questions being asked. The reason they had to stretch it to say US citizens is because otherwise said terrorists would just become US citizens to avoid being taken in. I'm pretty sure none of us will be taken into military custody under this amendment, unless of course you're in some way plotting terrorist activity.

See that is your problem.. "They said" ... Do want you think is right not what FOX,NBC, CBS, CNN want ect... Thier intrest are not the same as Average Americans.. if the CEO really wants Caniadate C then they will show you canidate C... On the other network you see they like canidate B...
This is the Stations pick or the host pick..

Look at how the news report the canidates do they show what they said and move on.. NO they show you a edited clip of 5 minutes convo and use 30 seconds of it to make a guy look bad or good depending on what thier agenda is.. Its really sad.... Have you accualy watched a debate then they discuss it after wards or the next day and show you clips... they MISS ALOT and what they show isnt accually what happened as they do the "reality TV show edit"

Here is the bottom line issue..

couple questions:
1.) who decides who is and who aint a terroist? (that a huge issue)
2.) what guidelines label you as a terroist (huge issue)
3.) It is a direct violation of the constitution (so if we let our Bill of rights go what use is it)
4.) So if we have no useful constitution then our rights are limited to EACH ADMISTRATION the way they see fit..
5.) So if your labeled as a terroist and they are wrong GUESS WHAT your screwed no due process no rights .. and your an american citizen.... And lets just ask this how many times has the goverment been WRONG?


These issue not being answered by the gov. is a huge red flag..
With this language the constitution doesn't give you rights...
If leaves the door open for a future admistration to hamper our rights..
If you let them "edit" our rights where does the line end>?

Our gov. cant even secure its borders yet we are going to take more rights away for protection come on.. if someone wanted to attack they would invade mexico and jump the border...
