It is just an NFO and it has no links, it stops people posting everywhere about new releases and keeps the forum tidy.
Dead_Island_EBOOT_PATCH_TB_PS3-PARADOX How you will notice this, is that Paradox are only releasing eboot fixes for True Blue, also True Blue releases have the letters "TB" in the title
