pls help i have opened and close the unit for almost 10 times.

if you have an old computer you can take the cable from the internal speaker. but you can use any thickness you want.. its just used to bypass the startup and power the motherbord in the ps3

opened up and soldered new wire, carefully reassembled making sure the contacts don't come in contact. kept the switches as 100000 for flash fun mode, have placed verified backup of 3.55cfw dump on TF card, powered up , power button goes green,ps3 fan starts but not at high speed, very faint power in e3 flasher lights, no alternating lights above the esata point, ps3 doesnot shut down as before, but does nothing when pressed start button on e3 flasher.

loosing patience ...any suggestions pls.

Dont loose it
My e3 flasher gets power from the nor så i think you should check the clip. Maby its broken or just loose like mine. I put a small object on top of the clip to make sure it stays down. And the fact that you got power to the flasher now point in that direction. My advise. Check the clip and put something on top of it to hold it down. And try again

Yes do have both 3.7 ofw bios and 3.55cfw bios, i had tried to flash ofw 3.55 after which i had got into trouble.
have loaded 3.55cfw bios backup on microsd card and put it on the e3 flasher.

everything looks good when the ps3 is powered up except after 3-5 seconds it gives beeps and shuts down, red flashing power light.
