We have found at least "1 " planet made of diamond. If MAN were near by, don't you think someone(s) would have been there trying to mine it to make more money off of Humans?

I believe, whether it be tiny microscopic bacteria on some barren rock millions of light years away, or fully humanoid civilisations on a habitable planet somewhere, that life is out there somewhere.

The Earth is a tiny insignificant speck of dust when compared to the magnitude of space and I find it hard to believe this is the only speck of dust that has life.

Will we ever meet them/make contact is a different matter entirely. I don't believe we ever will, or at least I'm 100% sure it won't happen in mine or even my childrens lifetimes. I also don't believe there has already been contact.

Diamonds could be useless to them, and we probably have nothing to offer them, so I think trying to profit off Humans would be a waste of their time. Assuming there is more than one alien species out there, they probably have galactic disputes, so I don't see why they'd waste time with Humans.

Like, why would I go over to an anthill and request a meeting with their queen? We are probably like that to them.

If we started bugging (no pun intended) them, like an ant does with Humans, they'd just annihilate us, like we do ants.

I don't think they care about reasoning with us, or being bothered by us.

IF we do have something they want, they'd just take it.
