I think Humans are very intelligent, we -- as a whole -- just don't know how to allocate our (I use the word "our" very loosely as I don't believe I - as in ME - am "remedial" for the lack of a better word and nobody else should feel like they are either, working with other people is the biggest hassle and that is the point I am trying to make when I say we AS A WHOLE) intelligence it properly....

Well, if by "alien" you mean belonging to another nation or country, yes. I absolutely believe in aliens 100%.

Yes, I have seen aliens. There is a city called, "Miami" that is so full of aliens that it is hard to find anyone who speaks English.

I do believe. Here is one proof:

But seriously, there is a documentary by Stephen Hawking, named 'Into the Universe with Stephen Hawking', produced by Discovery Channel, that shows many arguments to believe in the existence of aliens.

the remains of micro organisms on mars have shown that life may have been existed on it before the temperature changes on the planet my guess is there r intelligent lifeforms on other planets and the signs on crops looked legit enough

Hawkins made a decent argument that intelligent life might not exist because life will typically find ways to destroy itself and/or stop evolution completely before reaching intelligence. Humans are a decent example; we have stopped our own evolution and developed methods of destroying the earth on accident. Our species might never become intelligent.

What do you call intelligent?

I think intelligence is the ability to learn and the ability to accept new ideas. I think Humans are very intelligent...

I think where we are today, with Science and everything, we are probably the only intelligent life forms in the Universe. We have developed so far, and we know so much. Maybe, just maybe their might be life forms smarter, but I highly doubt it.
No one said it better:

"The human race is just a chemical scum on a moderate-sized planet, orbiting around a very average star in the outer suburb of one among a hundred billion galaxies. We are so insignificant that I can't believe the whole universe exists for our benefit. That would be like saying that you would disappear if I closed my eyes."-Stephen Hawking
