so i updated the game and downloaded/installed the return to karkand addon and after 5 minutes of multiplayer it kicked me off. ok maybe they got server problems ill play a little campaign mode. apparently you cant play offline single player campaign mode without being logged in to the EA servers. every time i tried to start the game it would kick me to the main menu with an error message "could not connect to EA server". its bad enough that the multiplayer is ruined because of horrible voice over and that ridiculous tactical light, but to somehow make your being able to play the game at all dependent on their servers which are marginal on their best days seems to me beyond ridiculous. i for one am boycotting EA until this nonsense is sorted out.

strange...in 3.55 we have not psn but solo game is working

very strange indeed...I personally didnt experience this.

Download the patch by duplix. That how I got my game to work. My compaign/solo plays fine. No issues. No need to connect to anything.

i recon the new add on make the game need to connect to the sever to play the game , ppl on cfw wont have any problem becuse they cant have the map pack , also the map pack is useless to people on cfw even if a it gets cracked which it wont

i test it out once i dl the map pack
