Then I tested the program ebootMOD and he created a fix, but it gives me black screen.

someone could edit the eboot.bin with cywing eboot.elf and turn in and make necessary changes?

I could not install cywing, he did not just of the executable.

then devs, please convert the eboots true blue 3:55 to 3:55 CFW

Its as easy as just "converting" and your done. There is a lot more that goes into it, if that was the case then all TB only games would be cracked

Can you upload the output eboot (fixed eboot)
