What he meant is that there will not be a peek&poke. Meaning that you can not play backups(pirating). Only home brew games and such.

if kakaroto doesn't release/gets stoped by $ony i really doubt we'll have much progress since most devs are now keeping their findings to themselves because of $ony......so i reallllllly hope kakaroto can break through and finally end this wait.

From everything I have read nobody wants to release anything because the scene is full of ungrateful all deserving a$$hats who think about nobody but themselves.

The most outspoken group in the scene are the ones who don't understand anything about the ps3 structure and spread hate and discontent when they don't get everything they want right then and there and for free on top of everything. They have driven anyone interested in the ps3 away because noone wants to do something for a bunch of ungrateful people.

All I have to say is you get what you put in...
