I think it will be great if direct chat option start working again like before. i know this is to prevent noobs or something like this. But now it is even hard to find anyone online anytime on IRC. Its better to be with someone than no one. So i request to @Pirate to make it automatic again or just remove it. n if u have some other thought or opinion then just please let me know through comments.

It isn't hard to use an IRC client to be honest. Its no harder than using mibbit once installed
The link should stay as it gives the address

Having it auto just gives more opportunity for trolling/spam

The chat on forum works tbh and its easily put onto every page xcept front n Home page i think you should start a poll n ask the PS3HAX members if they want it to return for there use , you could have a scrooling message ryt above saying this is for general chat no help or questions PS3 related or you risk been banned ect ect ect

only down side to chat on foryum is that if you are talking about somin thats fround apon then it may not go dwn to well

We get many many ps3 related help questions and help is given.
When you join, type "/rules" to see what is/is not allowed and the rules are considerably more lenient than the forums rules.

IRC is hosted by somebody else, not by ps3hax so its his rules.

And if you have a problem with a mod, IRC is the best place to deal with it directly instead of making post dramas.

what you talking about ? i was talking about a vb chat hack on here and you have a scrolling notice along the top of the vb chat on here saying DO NOT ASK FOR HELP this is for general chat ect ect ,
I dont have a problem with IRC or even said i do have so i dont know what you are getting @ except you may be confussed lol

there is currently no chat on this forum, that is what he was getting at. the old chat was still the irc channel
