i wouldnt say that.

its unauthorised software and against their TOS so i dont think they would look kindly on it

running homebrew without changing its gameid to a demo or similar would likely be a giveaway in a pushlist also

i respect math for being as smart as he is i just don't understand why he doesn't share and that is the reason people wrote what they wrote because he showed what he can do and left everybody hanging. if he does share or help with this project then people that wrote bad things about him will have to eat there words and apologize. i know i expressed my opinion about him and it wasn't a nice one.

I really wish people would stop being grammar and spelling police. It's the internet nobody is out to get perfect marks in English 101. It's exactly the same as "judging a book by its cover"

My thought, is that the scene HAS had all sorts of patience. Things have been back and forth for almost a year now. Patience runs pretty thin when you get bombarded with false hopes, teasing, and drama. Of course nobody has any patience anymore.

Everybody has their breaking point. I think it's been reached for lots of people.

Perfect example. The majority of people have no ****in clue what Math does. These people are the ones who ***** at him. Who cares? These people don't know wtf anyway. Now, if it were somebody in your clique like dsadsadsa mentioned, I'd be a little more... um... taken aback?

Everyone makes mistakes, typo's, grammatical errors, but when it comes to undecipherable reading, things change.

That, I understand. Actually, I meant to put a little clarification in my post about a bit of bad grammar, as opposed to a whole lengthy paragraph of awfully worded text.

Yeah, there comes a point where things just... should be better. for lack of better words.

loller's posts, I've been able to read through all of the spelling mistakes and bad grammer, Honcho's last few posts I've hurt myself because it's so difficult haha.

I'm a developer myself, non-ps3, and I can tell you that respect of your peers is 1 million times more important than any other. Twitter is not where you gain respect, it's where you can get people to follow you, create attention, etc.

If 1 million random people said my coding is horrible, I wouldn't care one single bit, if 1 fellow coder said the same, then I would be worried.

I'm all for giving respect where respect is due, but it has to be earned.

Not trying to start a discussion, just stating facts and I really don't like misinformation.
I do thank you for speaking up. You, being a Dev, understand the importance of your work and how you feel it should be valued. I see Devs on this scene that ask little to nothing at all and I feel that just respecting their work is just due for them. Developers like yourself and countless others may not always share everything, however i feel that what you do, the time that you put into it and the patience it takes to perfect it should be recognized and respected.

I feel that instead of hating on devs, maybe looking at things from the dev's prospective would help people understand the thought process of the developer better. There are reasons why developers don't release things and people need to understand that and respect their decision for it.

Thank you for your nice reply, I'm very happy you took my post the right way when I worded it a bit poorly, I didn't stress enough that you are right it is generally about respect and in some cases it's not about respect (my example), thanks for that.

EDIT: on a minor sidenote, I am trying to get into ps3-coding maybe I can use my .NET skills somehow in conjuction with it, but it's very hard to get into and I will probably fail, this is a reason I have immense respect for ps3 devs who share, it's not easy!

Just a quick question, why do ppl still think the scene is flaming devs? Its obvious to me that the only ppl flaming are from Sony. Even apartment management pay their employees to flame message boards to shift focus from the truth. I mean how many employees does Sony have? They need to find something for their security department to do after they got ****canned over the breach. I guarantee that a ton of SCEA employees are trolling here and twitter constantly. Its a very common practice nowadays. Most companies I have worked for are very open about it. e.g. Begging for "likes" and protecting their internet presence. So please devs ignore obvious flame bait and hate. You just have be smart enough to realize who is doing it, by thinking about who would benefit from such recklessly ignorant hatred.
Keep your head up, **** Sony until it limps.
