Hmm kinda don't know what to say....maybe...

Sony might have won the battle but they will never win the war as they can put things on paper put things into the legal system, but they cannot put control into us as we stand tall and we are free, we push forward and we triumph over anyone who is in our way who are in the wrong. Sony will see that no number of updates, no hardware modifications and no idea that they come up with will stop us from doing what we want to do with the things we own. Sony the day they realize this it will already be too late, they should have never lied and put great and talented people in the wrong and unjust positions, claiming they were promoting piracy and pointing fingers at others for what they failed to protect. This past year there has been a huge leap forward in PS3 homebrew development and return of the feature that Sony took away and with more capabilities then it originally had at that, I be damned if we slow down because of them. This past year we got homebrew, we got linux back, we made linux better, we got multimedia supporting a larger range of formats and codecs, we got custom themes, we got custom coldboots, we got custom XMBs, we got online multilayer alternatives, we got SDKs, we have emulators, we got mods, we got exploits, we got keys, we got CFW, we got more people hopping on the wagon from known hackers(not a bad term), to new hackers, we got old developers, we got new developers, we got developer groups, we got leaks, we got eboot fixes, we got reverse engineering, we got tools that decrypts what they try to hide, we are a power house of a community and I am for one proud and happy that this is the first community I joined. We open the PS3 and push it to its limits and do things that others find useful. Sony cannot stop us we are more then 200,000 strong and growing. We will not stand for what they are doing and on going developments show that we will continue this cat and mouse chase and even though Sony thinks that we are the mouse being chased by the cat they fail to realize that they will not catch us and that we are always ahead of them for as long as they continue this game of chase. As for us we have each other we are such a great family, sometimes we fight but then we makeup and then we go right back to helping each other.

@wtfTroll is a memeber that made me apologize in a thread about a potentially bad joke I made, it was kind of awkward but at the same time I am glad I met him the way I did oh yeah.......stop trolling!!!

@mathieulh there seem to be two or maybe even more sides to how people feel about you in the scene but I for one respect you and there is no denying that you have helped the scene in more ways then one.

@lunuxx a fellow PS3hax.net developer who pushes the scene forward in many aspects including work on paintown for PS3.

@FailOverfow you guys are probably the first people I seen that gave me the most detailed and in depth understanding of the PS3 and I learned so much from your one video. You guys are awesome.

@gitbrew is probably the most known group that is is still hard at work on many different projects reguarding the PS3. They pushed linux to where it is today and many developers are thankful for you guys for that.

@GeoHotz man thanks for all you've done. You are a legend in so many ways, I can't imagine what hard decisions you had to make and then some, and the hard work you have done and released publicly for the world to see and use will always be around.

@KaKaRoToKS is a hacker and a good one at that, known in the PS3 community as one of few who pushed out a CFW for the PS3 and to this very day is continuing to work on bring back homebrew for users on current Firmwares you a lengend.

@itskamel for soo cool to make all those noob friendly tutorials for beginners to follow and for pointing me to another cool IRC to chat in.

@moogie you are well...you are just plain awesome so awesome that a thread was made for you about how awesome you are, by me ofcourse .

@<GEEK> A talented person who helps me out when I need it most as I am still not very good at the things I want to do, thanks man for being there.

@KillerBug for making such great mods for people who fear the worst and help them prevent such a scenario with your coolers.

@phantomdibb the talented PS3Hax.net member who recently brought us the useful android app which keeps users updated.

@VIRGIN KLM for helping people and helping me understand a little bit more about the PS3.

Yeah makes me wonder why judges and other people don't just give it a quick thought and realize that our reasoning actually makes sense and seems right.

Sony has already lost, all they can do is try not to lose more from this point forward. Thumbs up on the thread, and a big thumbs up to the devs/community for keeping the ps3 scene alive in which ever way they can.
