is it ok to put a ddr3 vcard into a ddr2 mobo? just a noob question tnx in advace

If the memory type on the video card is ddr3 and your system ram is ddr2 it will work fine as the ddr3 is dedicated to your video card and the MMC on the video card is what handles the communication between the GPU with the MEM.

So yeah straight forward answer it will be ok.
