Buy a progskeet, an E3 flasher. But dont buy a TB

Why would he want to buy a flashing device ? He must already be on 3.55 to use a TB dongle . Also who in their right mind would recommend an E3 flasher ? It is nothing but a pain in the behind not that I have used one but 90% peeps have problems.
