I Was playing with these tb eboots then i discovered that when you start a TB game it gives you erorr (80010009) not (80010017) as its not encrypted then i tried to unself them and it worked and used readself and it said

the intrested part is it says

after that i tried to sgin them to the 3.55 and it gave me (80010017)

but i think it has already done by psdevwiki the problem is that the eboots are signed with keys from the TB dongle...correct me if iam wrong

Yes, you always need their custom keys to decrypt that eboots

If they can make a patch for skyrim + the actual 45 game's eboot, most likely this people have the 3.6+/3.7+ keys !! that's what I think..
