You can make your own too, try using zembor0's custom dynamic theme creator and then extracting the coldboot from it. If you need something that automates everything for you check my tool out it's made specifically for creating coldboots.

3 Files??? which 3 files???

If you are using my tool to make your own then installing it is as easy as installing any other program on windows.
NOTE: you will need Photoshop or something similar that can edit DDS files, Photoshop is focused though while I made the program.

If you download a premade coldboot then you will need to make sure you have coldboot installer installed on your PS3, This is only possible on PS3 with CFW installed. This does not work with OFW that I know of. If you have the coldboot installer installed on the PS3 now you just need to make a folder called coldboot on the root of a flash drive and place the coldboot.raf file in that folder. plug the flash drive in and run the coldboot installer from the XMB, follow the onscreen instructions and your done
