what they sell now is the slim 250gb, the slim 4gb, the slim 250gb kinect bundle, and the slim 4gb kinect bundle.

with a flashed drive you can only play burned games and you need to buy a special burner to burn the new games, you will also need verbatim dl dvds. you can also be banned from live

when looking for a 360 that can have the reset glitch done to it you want to try and get a slim that was made before aug 17 2011, the reset glitch requires soldering(no, there is no way around it). the reset glitch will let you play games off a hard drive(internal or usb) and you can play games over your network from your pc(not all game run right) not just retail ones but xbox live arcade games, dlc and xbox 1 games. it also allows for homebrew and hacking the retail games there is no xbox live on a reset glitch hacked system unless you get the dual nand done to it

yes but those only allow for retail games and cost more then getting the rgh done to a 360
you can get a 360 rgh'd for around 60 the x360key devices are going to cost you 100+

you dont really need to buy a speacial burner you can use imgburn and use the truncate method xgd3 burned games work fine

I'd be careful about buying that drive from newegg or NCIX tbh, I got one which was A chipset and therefore useless. And this was AFTER people had confirmed it to be B chipset. Just a word of warning. =)

You can also go for the iHAS 224 B, 324 B, 424 B, 524 B or 624 B. Imho, you're best going with either the 124 B or 224 B and crossflashing to either 524 B for the 124 B model, or 624 B for the 224 B model.

That said, you could also just truncate the burn and avoid playing said new games on Live for now, sticking to the XGD2 non-AP2.5 enabled games for online play, and wait for LT+3.0 to come out... /rambleramble
