If i'm not mistaken, if you were to reformat the hard drive you would only see a blank hard drive. That's one of the benefits (or downfalls) of reformatting.

yeah i think u where misunderstanding me i saying that if all else fails u can put it in ur computer amd check for bad sectors it doesn't matter if its wiped the bad sectors will still be there!!!
