Lets just be happy with the next time they through a "Competition" over a "Sweepstakes" that the rules are more defined and better posted so their can be no or little room for misinterpretation.

The winners are NOT being picked by a number generator, @carldenning was just explaining the number generator has been used in past competitions, which are usually my PSN ones.

This competition, will have the images judged on either votes or likes and by looking at the images, this is going to be a hell of a hard competition to chose the winner for.

It is, and since it's Central Standard time, it'll be 6 hours later for you and me (putting it at 6AM as the ending time).

Well, it's pretty easy really. Eastern Standard time (ie: New York and the whole east coast) is GMT -5, and the next time zone west of there is Central (which is where Chicago and the midwest are) and that makes them GMT -6. Since the UK is right on GMT, it's straightforward.
