Sounds like a tough scene to get in to.
I remember the Wii scene when I followed that, everyone was so happy all the time.

But mostly because the majority of the users were adults, not children.

Yeah JAF looks like he on the right track, not that that I would really know but he is trying and experimenting, hes so far getting progress i believe. you can follow is progress sorta on the irc.

Kakaroto's HEN is also notable, homebrew enabler on 3.7x to 4.0 IIRC,
There's currently no 4.00 CFW, but in time I think we'll see one, might be months, could even be years.
