You're only speaking for Ps3hax/other non ps3 piracy sites. Not the entire hacked ps3 userbase. I don't think all devs work to suit a site's morals.

He can do whatever he likes, he doesn't belong to a particular hacking crew.

Peek & Poke doesn't just mean piracy, it means people who legitimately buy their games can have the best of both worlds (legit backups and homebrew on current firmware). Just because a few Devs just want a homebrew enabler, that doesn't mean it's the case for the rest of the community.

So leave him be to work on whatever the hell he wants to work on.
