Some pretty good replies haha.

I shampoo and condition it every 2nd shower. I guess I could try straightening things somehow. Love the sensation of combing an itchy beard though.

Greg I think you need a hardcore buzz cut!

My beard is really curly and thick, and it rarely itches. When it does, I just grab a handful at skin level and gently pull outwards. Obviously it also helps to keep it clean...but I find that body wash works better than shampoo. Running a comb through every now and then is also a good idea...just for grooming sake.

I've been growing my beard for quite sometime. My girl hates it, especially my mustache. I can never find the time to shave it. My hair used to grow out soft and straight but I had to bleach it over 5 times in a two week period to pass a hair analysis test....it grew back a little more rugid and curly, I often get dry patches under my beard too were the bleach burned it and I am talking years later.

I use body wash mostly to take care of the itch although I hear blackbeard's delight is the best at getting the job done....

My hair grows very straight and in patches so I can't really grow one. I tried but it looks ridiculous and sticks straight out like I stuck a fork in a light socket. I guess it's in the genes. I envy you itchy people.
