Let me ask...does it necessarily have to be a laptop? You can get a desktop that will blow that laptop out of the water for less money.
I have a desktop, and I need a laptop to take around.

I generally hesitate to recommend anything from HP...but given the brands that you have available on your list, it isn't really any worse than the others...so get the HP, and buy the 2-year warranty.

Yep, HP (this one) is the only choice in the list since it's the only model with a usable (gaming wise) GPU. I looked through a few benchmarks and I can say Skyrim won't give you any trouble.

By the way, I don't understand who needs a i5 or i7 CPU combined with a GPU that can barely "spit out" a full HD display in Windows (the Asus model from the list, for example). What's the point in having all that power if you'll just send emails, chat and play farmville on facebook or whatever kids do these days, I don't know what's "hot" right now? I was always baffled by this.

I will look into the HP one. But the question is, will Intel HD 3000 graphics be able to run skyrim? I'm just asking, I'm probably just going for the HP one.

I have an Intel i5 2.8 with 3 gig ram and intergrated hd3000 chipset.
Skyrim is playable but everything on low (apart from npc & item view distance so i can see the dragons flying etc)
I also get alot of slowdown near waterfalls and in some area's so i would say go for a dedicated option if you can.

edit:

I'm also running the game in 800*600 just so you know.
