Too bad fixes like these are so sparse right now.
I don't blame anyone, though. People are really clever trying to bypass the obstacles. The only way to play newer games (without resorting to Dongle Bongle atrocity) is to get that cursed bootldr. |

the general rule of thumb is don't update, especially if it took a fix to just get 1.00 to work.
you can update sonic and then delete the update if sonic doesn't boot |

i think the move was iffy for some but it always worked for me but when i use the sharpshooter the game lags.
also, if you enjoy these games you should get the move. i love light gun games with the move. the few that are out make it worth the price. plus, the games that support it usually make it more fun. |

Ok can I get a little help here? I replaced the files and get the 80010007 error...and I put it in the PS3_GAME and get the 80010006 error..am I doing something wrong here? I normally dont run into any problems like this.
*nvm fixed it, had a problem with FTP not transferring files all the way and resorted to copying from external. Also i just replaced the fixed eboot and left the param the way it was* Last edited by majid25; 12-23-2011 at 02:49 PM. Reason: problem solved |

First, do you have the european version of sonic?
Second, idk what issues you're having with the file replacement. It's exactly that, replacing files. So, when you are copying over the files, it should say something like "do you want to replace the existing file(s)?". The eboot.bin is like one subfolder past where you need to place the param.sfo file. I haven't exactly paid much attention, but i'm pretty sure param.sfo is right in the ps3_game folder and the eboot.bin is located right inside usrdir. If you're still having issues, i'm gonna guess you have the US release. I am running this game from external, without disc and without bd-mirror which usually means it can run no matter how or where you play it, i.e., internal, with/out disc, etc. |
