The dongles are an option for those interested, if your not interested don't but them and wait, end of story. I said it before think of dongles as a "premium" solution till a free one is available. It always works our this way.
We have many people who are interested in the dongles, we don't cater to one set of audience. Regardless this is the email I got from to JB-King people today:

Hacked my ass lol.
Its not the first time dongle sellers have had virus in their downloads. P3go official site (who this group claim to be) has an article on their site about virus too

I just got replied from JB-King team. Do not download anything from JB-KING official site until they fix it because it was attacked by unknow hackers with virus.

JB-King was not a clone of JB2 as far as I know from the JB King guys, they promise to keep update and go their own route. It just a rumor that has virus on JB-King official site because it was attacked by malicious invasion, and now everything goes well, that's the truth.

A few of us downloaded the file in question to confirm it. In fact the screenshot from "comodo" was taken by myself. If this jb-king are g-team as suggested it isn't the first time they have included virus downloads. As for going their own route I would suggest that everybody even remotely considering a purchase holds off until they can provide proof that they are capable of anything more than running off the backs of another group and cloning others work and relying on their releases. As of yet they have not shown anything original and I seriously doubt they have the capability either. I would in fact suggest everyone hold off buying permanently as forced DRM is wrong from Sony but doubly wrong from any group that wishes to be taken seriously in the scene.

"The add" was not in the wrong because this site has no control over the files another site is hosting. This site responded swiftly to warn those who were thinking of purchasing the item about the virus. It could have been any site any file... you dont like the adds then set up a paypal account and send ps3hax.net some cash so they dont have to post so many.
As for the dongles.. who cares... you wanna waste your cash i dont care, not my cash. Do what you want. I'll be playing Modern Warfare 3 on my 360 until a free solution comes along in the near future and all those dongles will become more useless than paper weights. |
