Thumbs up My signature attempt

I wanted to try and make a signature so I looked up some articles online, looked at Annelies' thread, and decided, it's time for me to make a go for it. I just wanted to get some opinions on my first signature attempt.

It is a nice first attempt. Are you using Photoshop or Gimp? Speaking of sigs, I haven't made one in a while.

It depends on who you're asking.

well i asked you when i first joined the site but i didn't meet your requirements. I am not sure what they are but would like my own Sig. I am a huge Chicago bulls fan and since the season is just starting i would like to have a bulls theme if you would be willing to make one for me. I would be grateful and promise to never hit on you again, lol.

@Annelies - Please at least make him a new avatar...I'm sick of looking at the one he has.

Actually, there are different types of tags (signatures).

If you wanna a text siggie (like the one you made), you should practise on text effects tecnhiques and styles. And try to make them transparent (with no background, only text).

If you wanna a tag with a hero, action, effects then try to download some resources (Renders,C4D,brushes) and start playing around with them with the help from tutorials.

In general, gentlemen, art has no borders.

You can do whatever you want, develop your own style. And thats considering art.

You could add a stroke to the border and a light shine under the text to make it more interesting. Good job none the less.
