You can't access PSN with Custom Firmware if that is what you want, otherwise explain better what you want to do....

so how do people host lobbies (im getting a nother PS3 which is 3.55) can you tell me how i will be able to play online with hax on my PS3/PS3s

They are using PSN alternatives like what people did with Xbox 360 with XBconnect. I think one method was called xkailink (not sure). Do some searching on the forums.... you will definitely find your answer , it isn't online mode it is a trick using lan multiplayer, but you are still going online.....

i'm confused, when i had cfw 3.55 i could get psn fine? Or if i couldnt with some cfw's, i just used a spoofer?

You cant use a spoofed no more & i am not going to say how to get mods on PSN but you can still do it .You will have to find out how by searching .I am not going to be the bad guy to help somebody cheat online so people can whine about cheaters . Makes me wonder i bet 50% of fan boys want a new jailbreak so they can install new mods on there Ps3 to cheat on PSN again ?

Yeh its sad that games like mw2 have turned to s*** because of little kids pretending they're big and just ruin the game for everyone . And they definately shouldnt be harasing KakaRoTo! But im one of the people who got screwed when my wee brother updated, and im in college so ive not got the money for a second ps3 right now:P
