Ohh that sucks bro, but from what I can see it looks like it could still have solder applied to it. What could very help a lot is do you have No Clean Liquid Flux? Poor a drop on that and add solder to that point and should restick but doesn't always work.

Also 3 beebs and flashing light isn't good, it's more then just Bios problem

after flash 3.73 bios, leave ps3 on then put downgrade bin file on sd card including you backup dump. Put on e3 flasher, next have all switches down EXCEPT 6th so it should look like this

Yes but to clearify to make sure, did you flash my backup bios first then after shut down ps3 and then flash your backup bios then leave ps3 on and put downgrade.bin and your working bios and put switches 00001.

I'll tell you what, my mod dumb was modified to allow your ps3 to not read full functions in NOR clip thus allows you to install your own bios and to continue on restart downgrade process resulting in Unbrick.

if you can try to find the traces going to and from that point and try to bridge them it should fix your issue

I have to say perhaps I was out of line, I am one to admit if I am wrong. As far as misspell, Clearly I was talking about Dump Not Dumb thats my bad.

And no I dont have to tell you what I patched as it worked for many ps3 slims that clearly doesn't brick otherwise I'd say so if it did by any chance.

I have managed to solder the nor trisate point...now ps3 doesnot shut down with 3 beeps and blinking red light when in flash fun mode....

I am trying to flash my 3.55 cfw bios backup ....is it ok or i also have 3.7 ofw bios backup plus do i need to use nor patcher
