i really didint understand the guide completely or there is a misunderstanding.

assume that we have backups for every stages. and downloaded to 3.55, then updated to 4.0 again. Nothing went wrong. We have 2 hdds, one with 3.55 rogero, one with 4.0.Then what to do?

1. To swap 3.55 do we need to use the 3.55 original backup or norpatched backup?
2. Then again to swap 4.0 do we need to flash 4.0 swap backup, or norpatched 4.0 backup?

Please make clear this @TDCroPower2 . There is growing number of people having 8002f157 error, while following your guide.

i already tried it but didnt wour out for me. i am glad if you could unbrick. for me i will wair for now until a new unbrick solution is found.

if you have the original 4.00 back up bios it will work,i have done it 3 times now follow the tutorial

maybe it works if you have a valid hdd with 4.0 but now i dont have it. anyway i will try it again.

You Have this error 8002f157 when You tried install any firmware?Just tried to put Your console in service mode.If its work downgrade to Rogero 3.55 then update to OFF 4.00 and make backup.

the ps3 doesnt give any reaction to downgrade dongle. i am trying again. if i find something, i will write a guide about fixing it.

What dongle are you using,it works fine with ps3key to get in service mode .

maybe it is about the dongle. i use it psp ps3jig. i ordered e3 card reader. i try with it when it comes.
