As i said above, this trick does not work on every game, as the param.pfd and save.dat have a file ckeck system. This should have not worked on soul calibur as it's psn account locked, i have been trying for a while to switch the pfd and dat files to make it work on my console, i also tryed editing the insides of the files, it did not work... If your method had been working for every game, what would have been the point of using savedata unlocker programs and stuff?

I did try save game unlocker btw. It does the same as I do. It keeps the account id from sfo1 and replaces everything from sfo2. Problem lies when a user has been playing on a 2nd or 3rd profile on his ps3. For example, I have 3 user profiles on my ps3, I'm playing on User 2, I use a save from the net or one of my backed up ones. If this one has been saved on profle User 1 or 3 for example, anything other than 2 actually, it wouldn't work on mine, unless I manually change it in the sfo under 'params' to 02.

I haven't tried psn games though. I'll definitely check my Resident Evil X and hope it works.

I've never tried transferring my trophies yet. I think it should be the same as transferring everything from your trophy folder to the other machine through ftp except param.sfo.

I'm using trophy unlocker on rebug to unlock already won trophies from pre-format.

Wouldn't think you can transfer trophies to OFW, since you can't ftp to it.

Yes exacly, i think that trophies Are located in the same dir of savedata ..but not is it, i suppose that trophies are in the different dir.
Because i can resign only save data with Xploder utility and put it in the OFW4.0 ( the xploder is the only solution that work also with OFW).
When i unlock the trophies on rebug with the "trick" and transfer the save (with exploder) on ofw4.0, the modded save work perfecly on the ofw except the trophies that are only 20-30% and Are casually!!

Did you check the trophy directory? It's the folder under savedata. When in, you gotta look for the trophy folder that relates to your games. Did you try copying that?

Also, I wanted to confirm that I copied my PSN Resident Evil Code Veronica X backed up save over the new created one and it worked, with the param.sfo. Game loaded and trophies working as well.

No your right, it worked on my CFW 3.55 for Soul Caliber No problem. Played online with no issues.

I said every game because I've test on 24 games and those are the most famous ones.
