E3 flasher SBE nor tristate soldering

I think I've bricked my PS3, after I turn it on for 15 seconds, it will shut itself down automatically. This happened after I downgrade the PS3 using a FW4.00 dump and the e3_downgrade.bin on the E3 website.

I read that you can attempt to unbrick by soldering the clip's sbe to the ps3's nor tristate.

However, if the clip have to be attached to the board they provided, how do you even stretch the clip so that you can solder it to the board?

After clipping the clip to the board E3 provided, the part where the sbe is is still on the board itself, I don't understand how the soldering can happen.

Alright, but can I know what exactly does it do, as in by soldering the SBE to the tristate.

My problem now is that when I on the PS3, the PS3 will auto shut down, so I cannot flash my previous fw dump. Besides, I keep on getting error code 11000010, saying that the PS3 is operating NOR..

tristate disables the south-bridge so the bus is clean from interference from it
this way all other access to the nor disabled but not for the flasher

Does that mean that the problem of my PS3 auto shutting down within 15 seconds of powering up would be solved? Or at least, I am able to re-flash my fw dump, because I'm guessing the downgrading of E3 was unsuccessful.

can you upload your dumps maybe?
i really would like to see them
i don't know how E3 handles the unbrick tbh
normally tristate is used to halt the PS3 from booting

Ok.. Unless I screw up the soldering part, I guess there's no harm going to be done right?

Anyway, After soldering, I still need to put the clip over the nor chip and the E3 board as per normal right?

After connecting, there's no difference... I have no idea is it because my soldering sucks or there's really no difference.

I heard soldering the tristate will make your PS3 hang so that you can flash it with other fw without interruption right?

If so, does that mean I need to remove the wire after I finish programming?
