if you format everything from the beginning does the 0000000#? folder still go up after a format & were and is the data that the 00000000#? folder keeps track of & why would it keep track of how many times you format? is the extra data from previous installs kept in the security section of used up disc space what & were is this section 10Gb of data secretly in some place windows operating system only uses 1Gb what is the purpose of this place?

what i wan't to do is make my ps3 say 00000001 again i'm all the way up to 00000007
is there data saved between these numbers of all previous numbers
