Does true blue works diskless or it still requires a disk inside the reader?
Does it work internal and external?
And last, does JBKing supports true blue eboots patches?

afaik the JBKing is a vlone of TB so it should.

How do you mean backup discless? About 90% of all the True Blue games can be played discless

Have you read the FAQ? Disc eboot's are NOT working on harddrive. They are disc specific.
