Have a look at my FPS, it's running at full speed. And you never know, someone might not have bought a PC copy of it if they already owned a PS2 copy of it.

The version this guy has played looks like a copy to me that you get, particularly in Iran where they print a related game image onto a disc to make it look better than a cheap label.

I don't however know what a legit Iranian/Middle East/Asian copy looks like though.
Well, I'd say the best thing he can do is make that video in a much brighter room and show the bottom of the disc. Silver bottom will mean it's retail and purple will mean it's pirated.

Huh? What's the running of the FPS got to do with anything? I never disputed the emulators ability to run it at full speed but you need quite a decent PC to run it at that speed compared with the PC version's lower requirements. I have used PCSX2 loads of times, it's great but it's very impractical to run the PS2 version of GTA: SA over the PC version on a decent PC.

Surely you're not denying this are you?

Yeah I agree, it's too dark to see much but at least they're trying to prove something as opposed to doing nothing. I hope this has some truth in it but I've lost count at the amount of times the scene has been here so my hopes aren't very high.

Not denying it, but I am pointing out that since the PS2 version came out first, alot of people bought it before the PC version came out, and therefore wouldn't want to buy a second copy of the game for the sake of high resolution. In this case, PCSX2 is a viable alternative.

True I agree with you to an extent but in the present day with the better graphics, mods and online multiplayer etc., most people wouldn't bother emulating the PS2 version on the same format that contains the superior PC version. As you say though, nothing wrong with another way of experience a great game.

Peace.

Glad we are over with 'fake' phase, so we can now track what 'DEVELOPERS' of said thing do, instead 15 pages full of flame. Hope we get more content soon, can't wait to find that if that thing works and is real after all.
