After all it seems there's no way to play my PS2 games on my Slim PS3 so I'm thinking about buying a new PS2 but I don't know anything about PS2 hacking though I once had a hacked PS2.
Any useful site? something like PS2 hacking scene?

I don't think slim models can be soft-modded, so you may want to get a fat model.

wrong all ps2's can be soft modded, for a slim its well easy and cheap.

with "free mcboot" and using the "007 agent under fire softmod swaptrick" (howto mod iso link) it involves some iso modding i've even seen a pre-modded 007 iso floating about.. but you'll still need the original game..

Yeah, I don't like the swap magic. I use action replay max. But nice to know i can do slims also.

Sksapps is the best for ps2 stuff. Don't buy a slim ps2 get a fat one , playing games of USB on ps2 is ****
