Well I just figured the long term health affects suck for us, we're just going into a circle of semantics as to what is appropriate to say and what's not and what's childish and what's not. At this point, we lost what we were talking about (piracy) and just...yeah

I know you probably posted right after I added this in, but yeah, when I can I'd like to look more into the legal stuff and see Sony's official standpoint. I mean, you haven't pointed out a Sony Dev that's used your emulator, so I don't think I've been pwnd. We got offtopic.

I did. It just wasn't sufficient enough.

I didn't think it'd be that difficult to find PS2 documentation and Sony's official stance.

You never did point out that dev that worked for Sony, or even address it.

You never said which of your buddies went on to work for Sony.

A company called Gameus here was discovered to have a copy of our emulator by one of our users who found a hole in their site that had an open access to their FTP where a bunch of tech docs and manuals on the PS2 were found along with a copy of PCSX2. These guys apparently found the hole too before the dev closed it. As for the two that left, it was cottonvibes and Jake Stine (Air) who left to go work for Sony.
