i want to build 2.60 CFW for my ps3 with MFW builder
(because there is no HDCP probleme in that version)
so is there any way to sign games requiring 3.55 to run on 2.60(multiman included) ???

you just have to sign everything with 2.60 keys and should work, but why exactly would you want to make a 2.60 cfw when we have 3.55???

I can't say what's the difference between 2.60FW and any other firmware was.
