It seems that here and on another site there are couple of people who love to speculate a lot. They post something and all of a sudden it becomes a FACT and everyone uses it as a starting point to continue the blames and misinformation.

Please re-read again my post and POINT OUT exactly what I lied about, how is the money involved when you have multiMAN 01.00.00 to 04.00.00 for free and how come you blame me for anything. I've never asked anything from any of you and this was the last thing I expected to see on this forum. Did I steal anything from you? Did I promise anything and then later back off or lie about? No. The attitude from some posters makes me think that no matter what I do, did or would do - there will always be someone who'll complain, so just leave me alone, will you?

does it means CobraUSB dongle can work on any firmware? because this update of mmCM asks the system to insert cobra card but if you are on FW 3.41 or on CFW 3.55, the cobra USB is itself enough or we have to install their CFW 3.55 cobra?

because I wonder the interest of this version if the cobra usb is not compatible with our current firmware, Why make a mmCM for all FW when you have to install their CFW for their dongle and psp/psp fonctions is very useless and idiot

hence if someone can confirm this Dongle CObra usb can work with this mmCM whatever the FW (OFW3.41-CFW3.55) ; i will be grateful (even if I wont buy it lol, I am against DRM business of hackers)

and what about BDEMU2 -hermes payload - PL3? are they removed or still on mmCM like v2.9?

NB: DEANK don't bother to justify you because your work with CObra Team, all the PS3 scene/Devs/Hacker are looking for money, it is normal that you are also bit by the cobra giving you the taste of money , hence be proud of what your have done and not with who you do it because your MultiMan (cobra) manager is the best even if you gave up the PS2 function for your new team. even being sale out, your manager it the best and thanks for this homebrew

Now i feel physically sick, ok ill lay it down @deank , even though i have respect for you, i will not stand by deception

1.) You left to "rebuild" multiMAN.

2.) Cobra released cmMM, when people assumed it was you who created it, you didn't admit that it was you, you spoke of how you were glad that "someone else" took up "your work", you pretended someone else created it, knowing all along that it was you who created it.

3.) Its no secret that you always wanted money for mM, you complained about not receiving any donations, etc.

4.) You deleted mM of Google Code.

5.) You release mM 4.0 under Cobra's name. solidifying that you indeed worked for a DRM dongle creator, now don't try and deceive anyone and say you did tyhat sh*t for free, Cobra payed you for mMCM 3.0 to 4.0.

6.) My personal belief is that the only reason you released mmCM is because people like @CrashSerious were calling you out on Twitter, stating that you sold out, so you had to redeem yourself, by releasing a "free" version of mMCM.



Finally, i don't care or have a problem with you earning money of Cobra, what annoys me is that you deceived your followers, by pretending that you were going off to rewrite your code, then going and joining the ranks of Cobra team.

Well on a semi-better note. I emailed the cobra team and asked if some how the app/home and package install will be left there. While I wrote them that email I figured I ask about 3.60+ support and they said they are working on it. This is what they said "3.We investigate the way to add this feature and as soon as we have more info the web site will be updated." So here is to hoping.

One one side, I can kind of agree with how @deank decided to go about this. In a world that's full on hate, why would he admit to what he did? If he does/did/whatever it would just pretty much exile him.

Myself, I would probably stay under the covers too, just because this scene is full of whining maggots.

I'm almost ashamed to have been a part of this for so long after all of the bullshiddery started happening. The one scene that I have ever been partially involved with (well besides old warez scenes but that's ancient history, and even then, I was just a boob in the front :P) and it collapses soon after becoming part of it.

You see a lot of things like this though. And Dean, im not labeling you as selling out or whatever. I don't have any real information and haven't kept up with everything, but I would never fault you for leaving for better things. You have to put yourself before others, and if you have to step on some toes to do so, sometimes that's what you have to do (after all, it's just some stupid internet "Scene", I cant remember what member mentioned about the likes of a scene or what he said). It's hard emotionally and mentally sometimes but, if the outcome is greater in the long run, more power to you.

Speaking on the donation thing, I just wanted to give a random story.

I live in a more upper-class neighbourhood in my city; I'm in Canada. We would be contacted by various charities to do door-to-door donation soliciting for Heart-And-Stroke and others. What I've come to notice, is that there's maybe 5% (if that) of the people in our neighbourhood who were willing to donate. Everybody else either said that they donated at the office, or wouldn't even answer their door.

We went campaigning in middle to lower income neighbourhoods, and got probably more than 20x the donations we did in our own 'hood. It's kind of pathetic.

The people who have money to give, don't want to. The people who don't have money to give, WILL GIVE what they don't have.

Also some stuff leak out which prove directly that you are involved in this release.
Nobody is sad about you or losing his faith for you, but it's sad the fact that people lie and return putting the blame on others for their own choice.
I highly doubt that anyone of us would bash you if you had come out with a post saying:

"Guys, I don't know how you feel about it but I had an intresting converstation with Cobra team and they asked me to work with them and since latelly my economics are bad, I couldn't resist on agreeing."

Tell me, would anyone hate you for that? Also if people didn't care and didn't believe in you and multiMan I doubt that Cobra team would approach you or something of what happens like right now would happen. This is a result of love, not hate, love pains sometimes too.

That's true now that I think of it it makes no sense for people like me that are on Cobra...I mean I'd love to not have to use the usb dongle for the cobra features...so whats the point in keeping it if the features of the MM are taken away once you take out the cobra usb? It makes no sense to me. Only thing I figure is it'll allow ps3 games to still be booted from it but you won't be able to play ps2, psp or ps1 games. So again it makes no sense for Cobra to release it that way...that's basically just another official MM release to me. There is no difference between that version and an official MM. Unless they are saying u can still use the features if your on Cobra cfw??
