In a USB make a folder called PS3 all caps then inside that folder make another one named UPDATE. Put the updat.pup in there. Then on the ps3 go to update then to update from usb

Check your USB. Don't forget it should be like this: In the very beginning of yur USB name is PS3 then inside the folder, mak another one named UPDATE
Folder names have to be on caps

Download the OFW3.55 and do what is explained here:
http://us.playstation.com/support/sy...date/index.htm Do not use the update of this site, do it with the 3.55 OFW. Download Rebug latest update for 3.55.2 CFW on: http://rebug.me And then do the same thing with Rebug PS3UPDAT.PUP Last edited by V6ser; 01-15-2012 at 04:34 AM. |

Did anyone already mention the USB stick/device needs to be Fat32 filesystem formatted?
