If you mean the actual ★ I just copy and pasted from one title to another inside the English.xml which i extracted from explore_plugin_full.rco, this is where the FW stores all the titles that are displayed in English XMB.

That reminds me. This is only for english XMB. I havnt modded the other languages and I probably never will. Others are gonna have to learn how to do these kind of mods themselves as its not that hard.

P.S. Incase you meant this gliitch: To enable the other starred debug menus that are normally in retail FW but hidden you must swap the vsh.self for the debug version.

its around the net. BTW: Im not sure if vsh.self from debug will work unmodified on retail, I just know that the rebug selector only swaps vsh.self and does nothing else to enable and disable debug/retail xmb options.

This only seems to work when you have Rebug selector set to Retail, and I usually have mine set on Debug, are you able to make it so it shows up when in debug mode?

Final bit of info before i go that it might encourage more to learn how to do this kind of XMB modding, here is what i added to the english.xml inside explore_plugin_full.rco to make up all the titles of my new filemanager

So you can see how easy it is to mod anything that is said on XMB, just edit the msg or add it to rco

The other bit to allow browsing is a bit more complicated but not that much .

Thanks I kinda reaslised that after releasing but it was too late.

Yes you are right I just wanted to cover myself against people deleting important files on hdd and then blaming me, I will remove it in next release.

Ok, I see . I could make it the other way around so it only shows in debug, or maybe i should just have it showing in both XMBs, What you think?
