That is the part I was hoping to get some help on, Im not a coder, I just spent enough time looking at these files to start to understand them, to be honest I have no idea why the unlink and unlink folder functions show up as I dont see anything referencing them or even thier names. Im sure adding the ability to install pkgs from anywhere should be easy I think, as for adding copy etc I dont know . Anyone else ever tried any functional integrated XMB mods other than rebug package manager and this?

Ya I think that is the file that Cobra/Trueblue patch to block anyone using thier games/features.

This shouldnt effect ReactPSN but as ive said Its only fresh outa notepad so anything could happen, no promises, its a beta.

@gliitch I havnt tried your NXMB mods so cant say whats included there, maybe some of them mods can be used in/with this to increase its functions?

@devil Yeah they are all basic RCO edits - mostly with the same file that you edited. it should be cool to use :D hopefully we can combine the two to make some more awesome stuff :D?

I don't see why it shouldnt work with 4.0, although 4.0 doesnt have writable flash yet, so im not so sure. i am willing to give it a shot XD.. my cobra dongle is acting up though even on unmodded fw.. :S gonna try and fix it, but i think we are on to something with editing the VSH.SELF - & cobra... hmm... XD

Not sure what you mean but Rebug already has all the debug options enabled, I was just saying to rename the category_game.xml to category_game_tool2.xml , copy it over to flash and it should enable the filemanager in debug XMB if im notwrong , has anyone tried yet, im a bit pissed now so gonna stay quiet!

Hopefully release another version tomorrow but no promises.

Heres the icon that is used on XMBFM now, its a .gim file but with rcomage I can convert to .png , I would really prefer get a .gim that has been tested on flash but a png the right size would do. I have attached both here so you can all have a look.

Ok, well if you have a flasher because dont forget that once you go to 4.00 it aint so easy to get back? Flasher will be needed to install the dev_flash files anyway I think so its a must have..

Due to the *hot* weather and sweating with the soldering again i caused a Brick im on 4.0 OFW and i tested with progskeet so far no positive result from my side but i will try again.
I bet in 4.0 will work, the brick was caused by a 1 day and half with no sleep i got confused = brick.
Gonna update when i can *work* in better conditions.

no , problem, dont try this on 4.00 yet, I would need to mod the 4.00 files as some entries have changed due to new PS Vita options etc. Might have a look at 4.00 files tomorrow if people think its worth it.

P.S. I wonder how far I can get with faking the new cloud saving/PS Vita options on 3.55? I reckon I can probably get the options showing up in XMB but not actually working.
