you need install both 1.05 and 1.06 game updates (Red Dead Redemption) to get it working. try searching them with Awesome Update Finder.

Do you have any backup that works?
Do you have BDemu2 installed?
Do you have a disk in the BD drive?
Were you able to install the game?
How did you copy the disk to your internal drive?
Do you own the original disk or did you download it?
